Sometimes Drunk Emotions Jumble Together Into Rubbish

I'd be lying to everyone if I said I was okay.

I know everyone has their own problems.
Just like I've got mine, they've got theirs.
But is it fair to say that no matter the issue, it still feels as big of a problem as the next?
Is that fair?
