Serendipity

If you could chose one island over the other,
Would you pick the one with the mountain or the one with the bridge?
Do you prefer a view or an escape?
Is it better above the world or within it?
Do you trust what is natural over what is created?
Or maybe it's a question of something else entirely.
Maybe it's not what you would prefer,
It's more of what you want and can't have.
What about where you are now?
Is it just a view of what you want, or an escape to what you can have?
Are you looking down above the now, or seeing what's within it?
Are you trusting your natural state or the state you can create?

But only fate can decide how long that takes.
