Today my 5 year old cousin came over and brought with him one of the coolest things I have ever seen.
A Transformers Bumble Bee arm-shooter thingy. So. Cool.
I have enjoyed playing with my cousins toys before, but never had I wanted to play with any other toy than this one. My entire morning consisted of playing Transformers and destroying the Decepticons. One of the funniest mornings I have had in a while (except for the morning two saturdays ago, that was a funny morning...)! Needless to say, I invited him over for dinner tonight to finish off Megatron once and for all.
And I called being Bumble Bee.
"I have witnessed their capacity for courage, and though we are worlds apart, like us, there's more to them them meets the eye. I am optimus prime and I send this message to any survivng auto bots taking refuge among the stars. We are here. We are ready"

Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody
This is a story my friend told me at camp. It's pretty sweet, and it's pretty mind blowing as well.
Try and follow:
This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done, and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about it, cause it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did want Anybody could have done.
Let that one tickle your fancy for a bit.

Thunder
It's thundering and lightning outside. But there is no rain? Hmm.
I love thunderstorms, a lot.
Thunderstorms remind me that even the most scariest of situations can be beautiful and peaceful at the same time. I remember in JK, it was thundering and lightning outside, and the whole class was huddled up against our teacher crying. I remember having my arms around the rest of the groups acting as if I was scared, but I wasn't. I was really just waiting for another lightning bolt to shoot through the sky. And one everntually did, and me along with the rest of my classmates would scream. And then I would anxiously wait for another one to come. I found it fascinating.
Oh, it is now raining. The storm-trifecta is now in session.
"Let the wild rumpus start!"

And sometimes, I write poems.
What if we felt no pain?
A punch and a kiss would all feel the same.
What if gravity did not exist?
No need for a ground, we would float in bliss.
What if colour we lacked to see?
Red and white would look the same to me.
What if eating was rather a chore?
I don't think I would eat very much more.
What if we read everything backwards instead?
daeh ym dnuora parw dluoc ti kniht ton od i.
What if this world never existed?

Rain rain, come to stay
It's raining outside, and I love it.
Usually I'm not a #1 fan for precipitaion, but today I love it.
And I'll tell you why,
it has been extreeeeeemely hot outside,
no no, unbarably hot outside,
and this rain is cooling off everthing, from the humidity to my patience.
Thank you rain!
Also, because of the down pour, I am instead going to see Toy Story 3 rather than swimming (I just got my hair cut this morning and it smells and looks all pretty so yea, don't want to, how do you say, ruin it).
WOOT!
Rain rain, come to stay,
you make the heat waves go away.
With love I would like to say,
thank you rain for this lovely day.

I Wish I Were a Rocadidle
I wish I were a Rocadidle, for happy I would be,
for Rocadidles are the swankest guys that one has ever seen.
They have the features of a croc, combined with the rhino's style,
the magic unicorn's persona, and the charm of a monkey's smile.
If I were a Rocadidle, I'd play the craziest tunes.
I'd wear my bug-eyed sunny shades, and rock out with my spoons.
I'd sing silly songs like, "Sunlight Spaz" and spooky ones like "Swampy Seas".
I'd sing for noodles of all ages, they'd call me the Bees Knees!
They say that every Rocadidle, knows exactly what to say.
When you are feeling down and blue, they always save the day.
Some days I would wear a cape to show my heroic grace,
and swoop on in to save the soul and put happiness back in place.
I wish I were a Rocadidle, so happy and so free.
One day, I'll be that Rocadidle. Would you like to be one with me?

Music's my Imaginary Friend

So, for my history essay, I'm writing about how Madonna has influenced American society.
I began to look up Madonna lyrics, seeing which songs had some meaning to help out my essay,
and I came across a website that had different meanings behind majority of the 80's songs.
This is what I learned:
Blister in the Sun by Violent Femmes - This song is about how he loves masturbation more than sex with a woman. "body and beats, I stain my sheets, I don't even know why, my girlfriend, she's at the end, she is starting to cry"
Don't Stand so Close to Me by The Police - This song was inspired from Sting's days as an English teacher. From what I read a student of his developed a crush on him which caused many problems. Among them was that he was teaching High School English, and he himself was in his early 20's, not that far removed in age from his students. His background in literature is obvious in the line "That famous book by Nabakov". The famous book of course was "Lolita".
Every Breath You Take by The Police - This song is about the relationship Sting had with his ex wife. His Ex wife stalked him after their marriage ended.
I Don't Like Mondays by Boomtown Rats - wrote this song after a tragic 1979 event in which a "Sweet 16-" year old girl decided to open fire on a Cleveland elementary school, killing two adults and wounding 8 kids. When asked why, she told the reporter, "I don't like Mondays. This livens up the day."
Jesse's Girl by Rick Springfield - As a teen, Rick saw a girl in his art class that he had a crush on until another man dated her instead. His name was Gary and Rick tried Gary's Girl but it didn't work, so he changed the name to Jessie's Girl.
One Night in Bangkok by Murray Head - This song is also about how a person can be obsessed with chess to the point that they can't enjoy the sensual beauty of the city around them.
White Wedding by Billy Idol - The song is about heroin. He was addicted to it, stayed away from it, and then got high off of it again.
So maybe these meanings were obvious, but who knows.
OH, and I never found an accurate meaning for any Madonna songs.

Facebook is Boring.
Today is one of those days where I have nothing to do but go on Facebook.
I hate these days.
You see, I have plans to go out tonight, but that is not until after dinner.
So far, I have been on Facebook for 4 hours.
And nothing on the home page has changed, surprisingly enough.
Why is facebook so boring, but I go on it anyways knowing what is not in store for me?
Everyone does it, just goes on and sits at the computer, staring at the screen,
waiting for a new notification, so someone to start talking to you on facebook chat.
Sometimes people may but a lyric in their status from a song that you may recognize and start listening to the song over and over again because you have nothing better to do anyways.
"No chance, no way, I won't say it no, no..."
Mark Zuckerburg, you owe me many hours of my life that I have wasted on this book of faces.
(Although, I heard he stole the idea from a few university students who made it up for a assignment or something.)
Here's to 3 more hours on facebook! *clink*

My Head Hurts
My head hurts.
I like this shirt.
It's 5:09,
this computer is not mine.
I wanna play COD.
I miss my iPod.
This day is too long, like the longest song.
Tonight I have jazz,
... I really hate jazz.
I like this blogs style,
it could probably go for miles,
but we use kilometers here.
Now watch me disappear.

This is an Outrage
Yea know what is deceiving?
On a package of Mentos Fruit they have yellow, pink, orange, AND green mentos,
but inside there are only yellow, pink, and orange.
NO green.
What is this?

Omigod You Guys
I just spent all afternoon watching "Legally Blonde: The Musical", and I'd have to say it's been one of the best afternoons I have spent in a while.
I made the room all dark and everything just to make it feel like I was in an actual theatre, and it surprisingly worked!
It makes my passion for Broadway become bigger than what it already is, and now I want to be Pauletta.
Paulette: "Oh my go - The new UPS guy is like walkin' porn"
